Based on Reppic's designs and concepts, we have created an innovative SaaS platform that records sales conversations in real time and then analyzes them using AI.

Reppic.ai's unique feature lies in its ability to instantly translate complex AI analyses into practical, actionable feedback. Salespeople don't receive abstract data, but direct insights that concretely improve their performance. Managers can recognize patterns at the team level, enabling them to better coach, train, and manage success.

The AI engine analyzes conversations for crucial success factors such as questioning techniques, customer objections, and sales strategies. After each conversation, salespeople receive immediate personalized training suggestions based on real data from their own interactions.

Salespeople can therefore also watch video material specifically focused on their weaknesses that they were able to find through the feedback provided by AI.

Our approach

The collaboration with Reppic was characterized by short lines of communication, open communication, and a shared commitment to quality. From the outset, we aligned with their existing vision and designs, actively contributing to how the technical implementation could be both reliable and future-proof.

Our working method consisted of weekly coordination meetings with both Reppic and the development team, where we identified bottlenecks early on and were able to make quick adjustments. Meanwhile, our developers worked on clear technical solutions, allowing for iteration and refinement. During brainstorming sessions, we refined the UX together, collaborated on scalability, and ensured that all systems were integrated.

Reppic.ai presented a clear vision, TwinAI's AI workflows, and detailed Figma designs. We began by analyzing these concepts and defined the technical architecture. The goal: a robust, future-proof SaaS platform that seamlessly integrates AI analysis, transcription, and feedback.

2. Refine
customize and optimize for the user

Together with the Reppic team, we organized brainstorming sessions to improve features and UX flows. We optimized for scalability and usability, and maintained short lines of communication to monitor progress and quality.

3. Build
from design to fully functional platform

Using React and Next.js, we developed a fast and responsive frontend. TwinAI's AI workflows were integrated into the platform, and we implemented strict security measures. For example, all data is processed exclusively on European servers and is fully GDPR-compliant.
