A modern B2B platform that saves time and accelerates processes
Retail Brands faced a time-consuming and error-prone ordering process via phone and email. My Tech Partner developed a user-friendly B2B platform with an advanced rights management system, integration with Snelstart, and digital payment options. The result: less manual work, real-time customer insights, and a scalable solution for the future.
From manual to automated ordering
For years, Retail Brands processed B2B orders via phone and email. This resulted in unnecessary overhead, a tendency to error, and a lot of manual work, especially for the finance department. The need was clear: a digital platform where customers could place and pay for their orders themselves, and always have access to the latest information.
Together with Retail Brands, My Tech Partner developed a customized B2B portal that structurally solves these challenges. The result: eight hours of manual work saved per day, increased customer satisfaction, and a scalable solution for the future.
What we built
Product catalog with 2000+ items
All products are clearly imported and presented, with a focus on ease of use for B2B customers and sales agents.
Extensive role and rights management
Different user roles, including sales agents, customers and administrators, can log in securely and separately and use their own functionalities.
Connection with Snelstart accounting system
Orders and customer data are automatically synchronized, simplifying administration and minimizing errors.
New payment methods implemented
Where previously only bank transfer was used, customers can now pay directly online via iDeal, Bancontact and other payment options.
News & updates via the portal
Instead of individual emails, customers now receive platform notifications. This way, all important information is always available, even if a mailing is missed.
Server migration to a dedicated environment
For better performance and reliability, we moved the platform to a dedicated server with 24/7 monitoring and support.
Further development and support
My Tech Partner continues to maintain and expand the portal, with active monitoring, updates and support.
A step-by-step approach to success
The process began with collaborative brainstorming sessions and on-site progress meetings. We launched with a limited launch for a select group of Retail Brands customers. Based on their feedback, we implemented targeted improvements. After this validation, the portal was rolled out to the remaining customers.

Thanks to the new B2B platform, the finance department's productivity has increased significantly, and customers can order faster, more easily, and digitally. The portal now forms the backbone of Retail Brands' digital B2B strategy.
